Our cottage-style garages come in sizes such as 12x16, 10x20, 12x24, and 12x26, and include features like 8x7 or 9x7 overhead garage doors, a separate side entry door, tread plate in the doorways, ramps, gable overhangs, tar paper and shingle or metal roofing, and 12-inch on-center pressure-treated floor framing for strength. Prices generally start around $8,900 and run to roughly $13,650 depending on size and finish.
